This study explores the Motivational components within teacher rating systems and their impact on professional growth Motivation. Employing a systematic review approach, it investigates texts pertaining to teacher rating systems, Motivation, and professional development literature. By examining various texts and research findings on teacher Motivation, factors influencing teacher ratings based on general, specialized, and professional competencies, as well as experience, are identified. Drawing parallels with Herzberg's Motivational theory, this study provides recommendations to bolster teacher Motivation and job satisfaction through improvements in the rating system.

This research is a case study that investigates the relationship between the characteristics of social netWork and people’s Work Motivation using a whole netWork approach. In this research, formal and informal ties of all the employees Working in a non-governmental organization were analyzed. The Data collection process was conducted using netWork and Work Motivation questionnaires, and data analysis was performed using UCINET, SPSS and Excel Software. According to our Findings, an increase in the degree of centrality of various types of links led to greater Work Motivation among employees. Of the various types of links examined, dyadic links (reciprocal links) are of more significant. The results also indicated that the degree of centrality in consulting netWorks had a significant effect on employees’ Work Motivation and its’ dimensions when the links were dyadic.

This study reveals the extent to which women can perform police tasks successfully and how they are accepted by their male colleagues and the community. Despite the importance of female police officers in maintaining the security of community, little efforts carried out to show the causes and Motivations of women in joining the profession and their problems.The results showed that women are attracted to police professional career for serving women and children, and for gaining a standard living. Meanwhile, police chiefs do not consider any difference between women and men in terms of organizational profits but in assigning the mission these differences have been noted. In addition, respondents (both women and men) believed that police women investigate crimes related to women, investigate the crime against women and children, and fight against cyber crime more than others.

The main purpose of current study was to predict Work efforts and organizational citizenship behaviors through multi-dimensions of Work Motivation (including, aMotivation, social extrinsic, material extrinsic, introjected, identified, and intrinsic Motivations). This study was a descriptive-correlational method, and the study population included all of the employees in Welfare Organization in Isfahan province. 285 employees were selected through convenience sampling method. Research instruments consisted of 5-item scale of Work Efforts by Kuvaas, et al., 19-item scale of Multi-Dimensions Work Motivation by Gagne, et al., and the 16-item of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors by Lee and Allen. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses. The findings demonstrated that there were negative relationship between aMotivation and material extrinsic Motivation and positive relationships of intrinsic, identified and introjected Motivations with Work efforts. There were negative relationship between aMotivation and positive relationships of material extrinsic, identified, introjected and intrinsic Motivations with organizational citizenship behaviors (p<0.01). Moreover, aMotivation, material extrinsic and intrinsic Motivations predicted Work efforts significantly (p<0.01), and aMotivation, social extrinsic and intrinsic Motivations predicted organizational citizenship behaviors significantly (p < 0.01), which explained 15.8 and 26.2 percent of the variances of Work effort and organizational citizenship behaviors respectively. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the Work effort and organizational citizenship behaviors could be increased by Work Motivation.
